Darwin

For us Darwin was the oasis we had been driving, sweating and living for at the end of a 4 day straight driving mission. Ging Gang (Steve’s Mum) has recently relocated to Darwin, her palatial apartment welcomed us with a hot shower wet dreams are made of.

Cut the jazz, Darwin was all about hanging out with Julie and living Darwin style – Beers, markets and nature.

Highlights of balmy Darwin were having possums lick your toes at the Deckchair Cinema, lazing in fresh water swimming holes in Litchfield National Park, hanging out and enjoying the sunset with hundreds of other people at the Mindel Beach Markets and cruising the Corroboree Billabong to meet the Croc King in Mary River National Park.
